Rates come from the exchange in real time, with every fee already included. Once the order is created, the rate is locked while you transfer.
Payment
Send the amount to the address we issue. The order tracks the incoming transfer automatically — no need to watch it.
Automatic payout
As soon as the network confirms your transfer, the payout goes to your address automatically — usually within 2–5 minutes.
How we protect your funds
Address checks
The receiving address is validated against the network before the order is created — this prevents sending to the wrong network.
Passwordless sign-in
Accounts open with a one-time code from your e-mail. We store no passwords, so there is nothing to leak.
AML control
We check the origin of funds and do not work with addresses from sanctions or criminal lists.
Guarantees and disputes
- • The rate locked in the order does not change while the payment is on its way.
- • If the amount differs or the transfer is delayed, the order is not lost — support handles it.
- • Any dispute is resolved manually: message support and we reply within a day.
